Zen Vila is located in Rezevici, an ideal location from where you can see the spectacular panoramic view of the whole coastline of Budva, its sea and all natural beauties of this part of Montenegro.
Zen Vila spreads on a terraced field and consists of four floors all facing the sea. The yard which covers 300 m2 leads into the third (main) floor, above which is the storey with bedrooms. Separated from the main floor are first and second floor apartments.
From the main highway, the asphalted road leads directly to the yard of the Palace in front of which is a five car parking lot.
Main level consists of a large living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom anda large balcony, and presents a place of meeting and enjoyment for all of our guests..
The storey consists of three rooms (two beds in each) with balconies and two bathrooms (one of which has a Jacuzzi for two persons) and together with the main floor it presents a whole.
